In this Workshop, participants will learn how to be an effective Champion of Change in an organizational change. The Workshop is designed to teach participants how to build their resource capacity to effectively support organizational change, the know-how to use proven techniques, tools and frameworks that ensure adoption of change and delivery of benefits to the organization.

At the end of this Workshop, participants will be able to:

• Understand change through the lenses of culture and leadership.
• Understand the mechanics and dynamics of change.
• Effectively utilize frameworks, tools and techniques to be a successful CoC.
• Articulate a roadmap of interventions needed to facilitate change initiatives.
• Facilitate change that is lightweight and flexible to start seeing the benefits quickly.
