Program Overview
The program Introduces the recent and most famous interviewing technique between the professional HR practitioners worldwide, CBI (Competency Based Interview) and most accredited interviewing methodology by reputable multinational research centers like SHL, DDI and YSC. The program will provide the participants -not only with knowledge- but also enabling them to practice every tip and trick in this crucial event, from the preparation phase for the Interview passing by conducting the interview itself and ending with the evaluation phase
This program will enable the participant to raise his performance prediction percentage which is the ultimate goal from the interviews
Training Methodology
Our participants will be in a TWO days experiential learning journey rather than just knowledge delivery, and will the experience of the interactive learning, educational games and energizers that keep them alerted, engaged and focused during the whole journey

Ayman has over 12 years of experience in Human Resources Management, consulting and organizational coaching. During his experience he was able to devise and implement coherent HR strategies whilst improving internal processes and procedures within a demanding environment, project deadlines and budgets. He has engaged in a number of HR Consulting & Training assignments.
These assignments were covered in a wide range of industries; manufacturing, FMCG, Systems Integrators, Information & Communication technology and e-business, Electronics, and textile industries in addition to other assignments undertaken in non-for-profitorganizations.
