Gavin has led consulting engagements across Europe, the US, the Middle East and India. Gavin's Health and Public Service experience includes supporting the transformation in health, back office transformation of government, performance management and budgeting projects in addition to large scale system's enabled transformation. Gavin has served in the Irish Army for over 20 years, has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics, a Masters of Commerce in Shared Services and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Gavin isbased in Dubai with his family.
