• Diagnosing and redesigning of key processes to improve performance for several sectors (Financial services and Public sector)
• Developing strategy with a focus on financial services, Public sector & holding companies
• Conducting due diligence in consumer goods for a major Private Equity firm
• Developing market, product and credit strategy in subprime credit card lending in USA
