Direct Quality Management Departent and Oversee quality improvement and patient safety activities throughout the hospital, coordinate Joint Commission Accreditation preparation, lead the quality improvement and patient safety chapter of JCI standards, oversee the electronic safety reporting system, Coordinate the perfromance Improvement Council, co-chair the patient safety and risk management committee,engage in data management using statistical process control system, facilitate multidisciplinary performance improvement teams, coordinate the conduction and analysis of employee and staff satisfaction, present in varius workshops related to healthcare quality and patient safety, both nationally and internationally, participate in hospital grand round presentations, participate in mock surveys and quality rounds,facilitate and organize quality and patient safety days.
