Schneider Electric, UK Graeme has worked in the field of energy management for over twenty years and began his career as one of the first batch of UK graduates in energy engineering, back when only 2 degree courses were available in the UK. During his early years Graeme worked in the field of Building Energy Management Systems, progressively building on a strong technical background to encompass security, lighting control, life safety and systems integration before moving into site based project management and later business development. Graeme’s area of specialization has been in Healthcare for the last 14 years and has been involved in over 11 major hospital developments to help design facilities that improve patient care and environmental sustainability. Graeme has written in numerous technical publications including a chapter in the book “Advanced Engineering Technologies in Healthcare” published by the Royal Chartered Institute of Mechanical Engineering. Graeme now works in the role of Global Business Development Director – Healthcare Solutions for Schneider Electric, who as a global organization have to date saved their customers €950 million, 5 billion KWH or an equivalent 570 million trees
