Gregory G. Curtin, Ph.D., JD is the Founder and Managing Director of Civic Resource Group, a leading Web/Gov. 2.0 consultancy providing innovative digital solutions for the public and civic sectors.  A former professor, government attorney, political and government consultant, and a successful technology entrepreneur, his almost three decades of practical experience provide a unique foundation for vision and leadership in the still emerging field of e-government. He was a member of the original team that developed the United Nations Global E-Government Readiness Survey, and served as its principal investigator from its inception in 2002 through 2010.  He founded and served as the initial director of the E-Governance Lab at the Bedrosian Center for Governance and the Public Enterprise at the University of Southern California.  He has published widely in the field, and in 2004, he established the Journal of E-Government, the first peer reviewed academic Journal in the emerging field of e-government. He is currently a member of the World Economic Forum (“WEF”), sitting on the Global Agenda Council on the Future of Government, where he has helped spearhead the development of the FAST Government Framework (Flat, Agile, Streamlined, Tech-enabled).  As an authoritative figure on e-government, Dr. Curtin conducts workshops and speaks regularly at forums and conferences for all levels of governments, from local to international.
