What is CPATTM ?

CPAT™ is a complete Change Profile tool that support both employees and their managers to measure, adapt, and correct actions regarding change readiness and change skills. CPAT is the well measured and proven assessment process that helps employers succeed in changing times during many changing factors occurring in organizations.

How does CPATTM Work?

CPAT™ explores a variety of change components such as: flexibility, steadiness, and opportunities seeking skills that will lead to measuring the readiness of change (prepared to accept, initiate, and manage change) in employees to help them adapt in their changing work environment in their organization.

CPAT™ also help employers to discover the change skills in their employees by measuring CA “Change Anticipation” and CE “Change Energy”. CA is for measuring how individual predict, adapt, and improve in their daily change situation, as for CE is for measuring how individual act, react, enthusiastic about their work and relationships at work.
