What is PQP™?

PQP™ is a comprehensive work-based personality tool, supporting employees with their internal recruitment and development activities giving further depth and understanding of the key drivers and motivators of your employees. PQP is the scientifically proven assessment process that helps employers to assess the behavior and preferred work styles of individuals in selection, development and teambuilding situations.

How does PQP™ Work?

PQP™ explores a broad range of personality dimensions. These dimensions are split between Role and Need scales. The Role scales measure the individual's perception of them self in the work environment and look at areas such as leadership, work style and planning. The Need scales probe the deeper inherent tendencies of an individual's behavior such as the need to belong to groups, the need to be noticed and the need to be supportive.

PQP™ can be linked to a client competency framework and an automatic interview guide produced to provide a consistent and structured framework for interviewing; ensuring relevance to the organization, culture and the role.

Flexible and Comprehensive Reporting

Not only the individual can take the assessment online through the online platform of the IBDL Assessment Lab, but also it offers access to a variety of reports which can be automatically generated once the respondent has completed PQP™. These reports are designed for a range of audiences, including the trained user, respondent, manager / recruiter and also for a coaching and development context.
