Madinah (May 01, 2015) – Madinah Institute for Leadership and Entrepreneurship (MILE) is a premier leadership development institute in the Middle East. Today, MILE announced the completion of its high profile flagship Program for Advanced Leadership and Management (PALM 7) which began on 17 April, 2015. PALM 7 aimed at helping senior regional business leaders to learn latest management practices and enhance their leadership skills.

It is pertinent to mention that Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) patronized PALM for third consecutive year. For PALM 7, HRDF sponsored 100 senior and potential business leaders from across Saudi Arabia.
The two week program was further divided into two parts. The part or week 1 titled, Strategy Development and Execution, began on 17 April, 2015 and completed on 23 April, 2015. Renowned professors from top business schools in the world came to the program as speakers. Some of these speakers include Prof. Felix Oberholzer from Harvard Business School, Prof. Paul Baines from Cranfield School of Management and Prof. Karel Cool from INSEAD.
The part two or second week titled, Business Growth and Opportunity Recognition, commenced on 25 April, 2015 and concluded on 30 April, 2015. The second week of PALM 7 featured speakers like Prof. Michael J. Ho from Darden Business School, Prof. Walid Hejazi from Rotman School of Management and Dr. Muhammad Azam Romi from Cranfield School of Management.
Program speakers discussed various issues and problems concerning leadership such as Strategy Formulation and Execution, Leadership in Eco System, Strategic Marketing Management, Financial Decision Making and Corporate Entrepreneurship etc. Similarly, they also threw some light on other issues which can impact the performance of a leader including Business Simulation, Balanced Scorecards, Multinational Business Strategies and Leading with Emotional Intelligence.
PALM is one of the few leadership programs which manage to bring such a large number of business and thought leaders, professors from top educational institutes and leadership consultants at one place and PALM 7 was no different. It also provided participants with a golden chance to interact with industry leaders and renowned practitioners, helping them to enhance their knowledge and skill set in addition with expanding their professional repertoire.
