The program was conducted this time in partnership with Namaaa Almounawarah which sponsored the participation of an impressive number of 25 Saudi potential leaders.

 PALM is a high profile leadership program which is dedicated to further enhance the skills of experienced leaders who encounter challenges in the core business management areas such as strategic planning, financial decision making, marketing management, talent acquisition, operational excellence, multinational business strategies & globalization and corporate entrepreneurship. This two week program was initiated on 7Th October at Madinah and came to its final successful conclusion on 20Th October, in the one-day meeting forum, where regional successful entrepreneurs shed light on the role that leaders have to perform in each of these sectors.
