Ayman has over 12 years of experience in Human Resources Management, consulting and organizational coaching. During his experience he was able to devise and implement coherent HR strategies whilst improving internal processes and procedures within a demanding environment, project deadlines and budgets. He has engaged in a number of HR Consulting & Training assignments. These assignments were covered in a wide range of industries; manufacturing, FMCG, Systems Integrators, Information & Communication technology and e-business, Electronics, and textile industries in addition to other assignments undertaken in non-for-profitorganizations. Ayman has participated in assessing, developing, implementing complete Human Resources systems, setting roadmaps, hiring executives, assessing leaders in the markets of: Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Algeria, Libya, and Egypt. Ayman has delivered HR Training, Consulting, and performance coaching to a long list of appreciated clients including but not limited to: HYUNDAI, SC Johnson, Vodafone GlaxoSmithKline (gsk), Novartis, AstraZeneca, La vache qui rit, Savola, Jacob De lafon, Mobinil, Orascom, BASFE chemicals. Ayman has a proved experience in culture monitoring and control, contributed in maximizing production's quality and quantity using the high influence of the controlled culture on the management functions, and management styles. Beside his professional communication for values and ethical standards to the organizations Prior - and besides - working as an HR trainer and Consultant, during his experience in Asfour crystal International the largest crystal manufacturer worldwide with 25,000 employees, Ayman held the position of Human Resources Manager where he was responsible for leading a team of HR management professionals and support staff. Also He worked for a long time before graduation as a journalist in a few journals, managed the editors' team as editor in chief in a formal local magazine and published his first social book 20-5-2000 at the age of nineteen years old.
